On same day, Gators shuts out Woodstock North 42-0. Now 3 wins into the season and a 2 win streak.

Gators swept through W.L. "head2head" winning 6 out of 8 matches!

Gators took on State Ranked Montini and gave them intense competition.  "head2head" We won 2 of 8 matches (4 losses by decision)

Glenbard South Raiders Frosh Invitational Results
The Mighty Freshmen Gators took on the competition with full force and intensity as they claim a 3rd Place Team finish overall out of a field of 8.  1st Buffalo Grove 213 points, 2nd Glenbard South 209 points, 3rd Guerin Prep 201, and 4th Niles West 171.
With only 6 wrestlers representing the Gators out of 16 weight classes, each claimed victories, medaled, and together scored enough team points to secure the 3rd Place Crown.

  Despite the holes we will face throughout the season, the Grapplin Gators of Guerin continue to provide tough match ups against their opponents.

  Versus the Rams of Gordon Tech, the Gators won 4 of 7 (Head to Head) matches in the Varsity Level and 3 of 5 in the Junior Varsity Level.

•  SULLIVAN TOURNAMENT CHAMPION AND REMAINS UNDEFEATED AT 5-0 WITH 5 STRAIGHT PINS
•  LOONEY AND COVARRUBIAS TAKE HOME SILVER
•  5th Place earned by Juniors 145 Adam Fawell and 285 Luke Kreiman
•  Honorable Mention wrestlers who came back and wrestled through the quarter final wrestle-backs and earning vital team points were Kevin Doyle, Jerrell Danner III, Mike Hall, Daniel Harris, Fred Berrens, & Declan Conway.

• Returning 2009 Sectional Qualifier, Sophopmore Captain: Alex Sullivan came away with 2 big wins as he defeated RB 171 pounder JJ Odeh by a Fall 3:14 and over Zion-Benton's Chauncey Johnson by a Fall 1:42
• Third year veteran, Senior Captain: Luke Looney earned a swing win to change the pace of the meet Vs. RB as he defeated Dan Patterson by a Fall 0:58

At the JV Level

• 171 pounder Ed Szkodzinski and 285 pounder Sam Loconti pinned their way through their opponents with brute strength and style.
