GOLF NEWS!!

(9/26/2011)  The golf match against De La Salle has been canceled due to current and impending weather conditions.  The match will not be rescheduled. 

(9/16/2011) There was a mistake in the weekly update, it has now been corrected.  Guerin will face Ridgewood on the date stated in the schedule, Tuesday Sept 27 at Maple Meadows East.

(10/4/2010) The Golf Team competed in the IHSA Class 2A Regionals yesterday, finishing in 4th place, just missing being a top 3 school and qualifying for the Sectionals as a team.   Individually, the team excelled.  Brandon Bolling finished in 3rd place overall in the tournament.  Though the team does not advance to Sectionals, each individual on the team qualified for Saturday’s tournament, one step away from the state tournament.   The golfers who qualified were Seniors: Brandon Bolling, Frank Benitez, Robert Chlopek, Daniel Wente, Junior Sam Morales and Sophomore Patrick O’Brien.  This is the most sectional qualifiers the team has had in Guerin’s history.
